Barry Armstrong
was born and raised in Canada and moved to the United States in
1978. After settling in the U.S. he attended, and graduated from,
Pace University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Barry's areas of concentration included accounting and management.
In 1984, shortly after
completing college, Barry immersed himself in the world of financial
management. Six years later, in January of 1990, he founded the
New England Advisory Group. Since its inception, the New England
Advisory Group has become one of the largest privately owned financial
planning and asset protection firms in the nation. The company,
with its 18 offices and more than 100 employees, currently serves
thousands of people in 6 states.
New England Advisory
Group, under Barry's tutelage, has grown to be a large network of
financial professionals delivering educational seminars and advice
throughout New England. NEAG continues to conduct seminars, but
the next wave of education and service is being conducted with the
World Wide Web.
Barry is an avid hockey fan, and he coaches a team
called the Boston Junior Terriers in the Metro Boston Hockey League.
He resides in Medfield, MA, with his wife, Susan and their four
children.
